putRunner

Puts the context of the Runner into this pipeline stage.

It is strongly recommended to always put the context of the runner into the pipeline stage, since it allows the stages to track changes across pipeline stages, e.g. the created Docker images.

_runner is used for implementing Reportable.reportUnit
